Emotional intelligence training for young football players

We’ve developed a 3-module Emotional Intelligence e-learning programme for 15-18-year-olds, designed to help them:

  • Navigate stress and pressure before it escalates
  • Build resilience and emotional regulation for peak performance
  • Improve communication and teamwork skills

Created in collaboration with Sue Parris, an emotional welfare specialist with over 30 years’ experience working with young people in a learning and development capacity, and featuring insights from pro footballer Steven Caulker, this course equips young players with the emotional skills they need to thrive—both on and off the pitch.
