At a leading financial institution with the largest branch network on the high street in the UK, we are working to enhance the skills of 2000 participants in the delivery of formal and informal performance management conversations. This key initiative is required to build the skills and culture in which their teams can flourish.

This pivotal training programme aims to shift the culture at the firm, including the adoption of a new set of values. The programme, which is being delivered over 14-months, is being rolled out by our team of 15 dedicated and skilled facilitators, all experienced in providing in-the-moment feedback, facilitation and roleplay.

Empowering new starters: Transformative behavioural training for professional success

One of the ‘big four’ global professional services networks, relies on Me Learning for their annual training for graduate entrants in the UK. Each year, we co-run a five-week intensive training programme so new joiners build behavioural and technical skills to succeed in the workplace.

We work with new entrants working across all service lines – audit, tax, consultancy – and we work on an ad hoc basis to provide additional support on leadership skills and coaching across the business. Our training is tailored to help new starters build core skills that are vital for the evolving demands of today’s working environment and economic landscape.

Roleplay to develop and select future partners

At a global law firm, we provide roleplay at an assessment centre for future partners as well as ongoing support for a broader cohort of leaders developing communication skills. Particularly when working with future partners, it is essential that our facilitators have the skills to offer detailed, in-the-moment feedback and that they understand how to demonstrate these skills within a business context.

Also, our core leadership programme, designed to help participants maximise their impact at work, focuses on the use of mindset, body language and voice for communication as well as techniques to influence others. This was rated the firms’ most popular programme in the last 15 years by participants.
