Care certificate – Digital learning suite
Topics Include: Principles of safeguarding within health and social care, Importance of effective communication, and Raising the standard of care of the elderly
The Care Certificate was introduced in order to raise the standard of care of elderly and vulnerable people in our society. It set out a 15-standard programme of care training for care workers, replacing the Common Induction Standards (CIS) and the National Minimum Training Standards (NMTS).
In this training suite, you’ll get all the theoretical knowledge you need to underpin the practical demonstration elements of your care certificate standards training or social worker training.
The Care Certificate has been developed to help ensure that health and social care workers are knowledgeable, safe and able to provide compassionate, high-quality care to vulnerable people. This online course gives learners access to 15 units, each comprised of a series of short, engaging and interactive courses designed to provide learners with knowledge and understanding of the Care Certificate’s standards. This course provides the knowledge and information to help the Learner pass the Care Certificate, but does not include the workbook segment of the Care Certificate.
